Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking Welders to join our West Bend, WI manufacturing team. The Welder will perform MIG and TIG welding, operate robotic welding equipment, and read blueprints to ensure welds meet exact specifications.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of welding experience; a welding certificate/degree is preferred and the ability to pass a welding test is required. Shift options available with potential night differential.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on manufactured components to meet quality and production standards
• Operate robotic welding equipment and support consistent output in a manufacturing environment
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical documents to ensure correct weld placement and specs
• Inspect and measure finished products, then grind, fit, tack, and weld parts as needed to achieve required tolerances
• Maintain accurate production and quality records while following safety procedures and performing basic equipment maintenance

Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking Welders to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality metal fabrication. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to read and follow technical instructions, and the drive to produce consistent, accurate welds that meet specifications.

Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift available
