ICR Services in Warren, MI is seeking a Welder Repair Technician to troubleshoot, repair and test welding units using standard work procedures and equipment manuals and schematics. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, 5+ years in welding, and proven expertise with Miller, Lincoln, OTC Daihen and Fronius brands. You will evaluate, repair and test various welding machines and contribute to quality and safety standards.

We are currently seeking a Welder Repair Technician who is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and testing welder units using standard work procedures and equipment manuals/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting welder units to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.


• Repairing and maintaining welder units using standard work procedures and equipment manuals/schematics


• Testing repaired units to ensure they meet operational standards and safety regulations.


• Identify and record problems relating to the product, process and/or quality system


• Submit Purchase Orders for parts for rebuild.
