Job summary

TBEI – Tishomingo is seeking skilled welders to join the DuraClass team. The role involves layout, tack welding, wire-feed welding on steel components, and reading blueprints. You will contribute to safe, efficient production in a fast-growing environment.

We welcome recent graduates with a good attitude and a willingness to learn. In-house weld certification, a weekly attendance bonus, and $1,000 retention/referral bonuses are offered to reward dedication.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment welding test.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator when welding stainless steel.
• Ability to rapidly and efficiently produce high-quality welded parts.
• Capable of reading blueprints and using measuring tools.
• Recent graduates accepted. Must have good attitude, basic welding skills, and willingness to learn.
• Must be reliable and great attendance is a must.

Responsibilities

• Move components into place using jib boom, crane, conveyors, or manual lifting.
• Read and interpret blueprints to lay out, position, and align parts.
• Tack weld and clamp components in preparation for welding.
• Efficiently perform wire-feed welding on steel components.
• Ensure measurement accuracy and consistent weld quality.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset and prioritize safety in all work activities.
• Support Lean manufacturing and team-based improvements.
