Vermeer is seeking a Welder I to join our team in Pella, Iowa. As part of our organization, you will contribute to producing high-quality equipment while developing foundational welding skills.
Responsibilities include completing welds according to specifications, operating welding equipment, and supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Prior welding experience or training is preferred, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
