This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with power tools effectively. As a Welder Operator, you will be responsible for fabricating heating elements, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards by using a CNC operated laser welding machine.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using Laser Welding on various materials.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete welding projects.
• Conduct inspections of welds to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site operations and rigging tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Use basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.
• Operate forklifts as needed for lifting heavy materials during the welding process.

Qualifications
