Job summary

Marathon Staffing is seeking experienced MIG Welders for a warehouse facility in Newnan, GA. This full-time, temp-to-hire role involves welding components per customer specs under supervision, reading blueprints and maintaining safety standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with overtime opportunities. Starting pay is $20.00/hour; reliable transportation to Newnan, GA is required. Marathon Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding and passing a tape measure test.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.

The MIG Welder will be responsible for welding component parts and finished products according to customer specifications. This role works under direct supervision and follows detailed instructions to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

This is a long-term, full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth. We are hiring immediately and encourage dependable, hard-working individuals to apply.
