Job summary

Master Halco offers a Welder position at our South Jordan, UT branch. You will weld pipe using MIG/ARC methods, cut and lay out pipe sections, and follow work orders to complete projects.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years welding experience with MIG/ARC.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions.
• Able to lift/move heavy materials (up to 75lbs).
• Ability to perform layouts using jigs and work around heat/chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Cuts pipe using pipe cutting equipment.
• Welds pipe using MIG/ARC welding equipment and techniques.
• Lays out pipe sections on a jig or table and welds.
• Performs visual inspection on completed work for quality.
