Jennmar Services is seeking full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, PA. Role offers steady work, shift options, and overtime opportunities within a stable, growing industry.

Responsibilities include maintaining, repairing, and welding prep plant machinery, plus general labor tasks while adhering to MSHA safety rules. Training for MSHA Surface is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Background in welding/maintenance.
• MSHA Surface Training (provided if needed).
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol screening.
• Must wear PPE: hard hat, reflective vest/shirt, metatarsal boots.

Job Summary

Jennmar Services is seeking full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant located in Graysville, PA. We offer competitive pay, Pay increases based on performance, benefits, and long-term career opportunities in a stable and growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot prep plant machinery
• Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair Screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams
• Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility
• Comply with all MSHA safety requirements
• Complete MSHA Surface Training (training provided)

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM

4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts)

Qualifications

Previous Maintenance Experience Preferred

• Must have a background in welding/maintenance
• MSHA Surface Training (provided if needed)
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
• Must pass background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test
• Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools
• Required PPE (Not Provided):
  • Hard hat
  • Reflective vest or shirt
  • Metatarsal boots
