• Required PPE: Hard hat, Reflective vest or shirt, Metatarsal boots.

Maintenance Tech/ Welder - Bailey Mine Prep Plant

Jennmar Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant. These are full-time positions offering steady hours, competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term career opportunities.

Job Description

• Perform mechanical repairs on prep plant machinery as needed.
• Welding and torching as needed (preferred, not required).
• Fabrication and grinding as needed (preferred, not required).
• General labor and maintenance support where needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and other duties as assigned.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• 4 days on / 3 days off (10‑hour shifts) + overtime as available.
