Welder Overview

As a Welder, you'll fuse fabricated components to create structural forms critical to our projects. Safety is paramount, and your expertise will contribute to a safe, strong, and innovative environment. Join us to shape the landscape and prioritize safety in a dynamic setting.

Pay Range
  • Paid WEEKLY
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understand welding symbols and select appropriate materials.
  • Locate approved pieces, gather necessary equipment.
  • Clean welded pieces for further processing.
  • Adhere to safety, QA/QC, and OSHA regulations.
  • Travel to various locations, including other states, for shutdowns.
  • Work overtime and maintain punctuality.
  • Perform additional functions as needed.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years welding experience required.
  • Ability to read welding symbols and structural drawings.
  • Pass a tape measure test and a thickness groove plate test in FCAW using various positions.
  • Capable of carbon arc gouging.
Physical Demands
  • Lift at least 50 pounds frequently.
  • Work overtime, weekends, and in challenging positions.
  • Tolerate temperature changes, dust, and noise.

This role is safety sensitive. Candidates must demonstrate proactive safety leadership and compliance, which are essential for employment.
