Job summary

TOPS Staffing is seeking a TIG Welder for our Pittsburgh manufacturing team in Glenshaw, PA. The role focuses on precision welding of aluminum and steel components, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

Shifts are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime. Candidates should have at least 1 year of TIG welding experience or training, be able to read blueprints, use calipers and tape measures, and perform basic data entry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders.
• Skilled in operating measuring devices such as calipers and tape measures.
• Basic computer navigation and data entry skills.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and timeliness.

Required Skills:
