Job summary

Intelligrated in Danville, KY is seeking a Welder Level 2 to develop fabrication skills by performing basic assembly and fabrication tasks that meet quality standards. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work on-site at our Danville location.

Responsibilities include cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components from blueprints, operating brake presses or laser cutting equipment safely, inspecting parts for quality, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Welder Level 2 here at Intelligrated, you will develop your fabrication skills by performing basic assembly and fabrication tasks, ensuring components and products meet quality standards and specifications. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Danville, KY location on an On-site work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform basic fabrication tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal or other materials according to blueprints and work orders.

Operate fabrication machinery and hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.

Inspect fabricated components for quality and adherence to specifications, reporting any defects or discrepancies.

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to perform basic fabrication tasks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience operating brake press or laser cutting equipment with sheet steel, ensuring precision and safety.
• Strong knowledge of using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic understanding of quality inspection and adherence to fabrication standards.
