The Welder III - 2nd shift - Hot Wire TIG (HWT) is a highly skilled welding professional responsible for performing advanced welding, cladding, and repair operations on critical components using Hot Wire TIG and other approved welding processes. This position requires the ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated and semi-automated welding equipment while ensuring compliance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), engineering drawings, and quality requirements. The Welder III performs complex weldments with minimal supervision, conducts weld inspections, maintains accurate production records, and supports continuous improvement efforts. This role serves as a technical resource within the welding department and may assist in training and mentoring less experienced welders while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
