What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operate weld machines and perform MIG (and occasional TIG) welding with skill and precision
  • Read blueprints and tape measures (down to 1/32") to assemble structural components
  • Stitch sheet metal parts and weld water‑tight tanks with confidence
  • Position weld‑ons and beam pads exactly to spec
  • Use a variety of hand tools, including grinders, drills, shears, and plasma cutters
  • Take pride in your work with regular quality checks and a commitment to excellence
What You Bring to the Team
  • 2-4 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or GED (technical school certification a plus)
  • AWS D1.1 welding certificate
  • Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and a team‑first attitude
