TAIT is seeking a Welder II in Nashville to weld stainless steel and aluminum, read blueprints, and fabricate components for staging projects. You will follow safety protocols, ensure quality, and work with a fast-paced team to meet production deadlines.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of welding/fabrication and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, with flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role requires on-site work at TAIT facilities.

The Welder II is responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling custom components and structures used in staging and production projects. This role utilizes MIG and TIG welding techniques, interprets blueprints, operates fabrication equipment, and ensures all work meets quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high attention to detail, and collaborates effectively with team members to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
