The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of welding experience; you should have good manual dexterity, the ability to read blueprints, and effective communication. Shift 1; Monday–Friday 2:30pm–11:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Performs welding machine operations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Uses welding fixtures to ensure close, precise welds per specs.
• Maintains work orders and welding production schedule.
• Operates under established procedures and follows written instructions.
• Completes required documentation and reports daily production data.
• Maintains tools and equipment in good working order and performs preventive maintenance.
• Keeps welding area stocked and organized; ensures safety and quality.
