Job summary

National Carwash Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Welder Helper to support welders and keep production moving.

You will prepare materials, move items between stations, grind and clean welds, and drill holes as needed while following directions to help meet production, quality, and quantity goals. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the ability to read blueprints or schematics, operate basic tools, and work overtime as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use basic math, writing, and computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand procedures in English.
• Experience safely operating hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Move materials between workstations by hand, on carts or with forklift.
• Support welders with tools and supplies needed to complete work.
• Follow welders' directions to assist in manufacturing process.
• Read and interpret production drawings or schematics.
• Maintain clean and orderly working area at all times.
• Maintain a high degree of quality and inspect work to meet standards.
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, local laws and safety policies.
• Duties may be added or changed by management.
