Selectemp in Eugene, Oregon is actively seeking a Welder Fabricator. The role involves MIG and Fluxcore welding with occasional TIG work, plus operating fabrication machinery and preparing metal components for assembly.

You will read blueprints, measure parts, grind and deburr for quality finishes, and contribute to a clean, safe shop. The position offers a full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Prior welding experience required.
• Proficiency in MIG and Fluxcore welding; TIG welding experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Fluxcore welding with accuracy; TIG welding as required.
• Read blueprints and ensure components meet specs.
• Grind and deburr parts to finish quality.
• Operate drill presses and press brakes to shape components.
• Process parts from laser cutting and burn tables.
• Tack and spot weld for final assembly prep.
• Measure with tape for precise tolerances.
• Maintain a safe, organized shop environment.
