Job summary

Hercules Custom Iron, LLC is seeking skilled Welders to join our fast-paced, creative shop specializing in high-end, custom metal projects. The role focuses on ornamental railing and fence layout, fabrication, and finish work, with TIG welding at the core of the work.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience and be proficient in welding mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. We offer a 4-day work week with overtime, weekly pay, a $2,500 signing bonus, pro-rated PTO from day one,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ornamental railing and fence layout, fabrication, and finish work.
• Advanced TIG welding ability.
• Weld and finish mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Skilled in blueprint reading and custom rail layout.
• High attention to detail with clean and polished finishing work.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ornamental railing and fence layout, fabrication, and finish work
• Advanced TIG welding ability
• Ability to weld and finish mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Skilled in blueprint reading and custom rail layout
• High attention to detail with clean and polished finishing work

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for 8+ hours

Additional Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain access to government job sites is a plus
