Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years welding/fabricating experience required.
• 2 years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Pipe fitting experience preferred.
• Proficient in GTAW/GMAW/FCAW and acetylene welding.
• Basic set of hand tools is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to craft and fabricate tire manufacturing equipment and components.
• Repair equipment as needed; replace faulty equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty equipment and components.
• Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick.
• Operate lifts and cranes to install equipment and components.
