Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to support industrial construction and electrical projects both in the shop and on-site. You will weld using TIG, MIG, ARC, and dual-shield processes, read blueprints, and fabricate parts to precise specifications.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of welding experience, strong math skills, and a commitment to safety. A high school diploma is preferred, with welding certification a plus, and mandatory pre-employment

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of welding/fabrication experience.
  • Experience with TIG, MIG, ARC and dual-shield welding.
  • Stainless TIG experience for beams is preferred.
  • Able to read blueprints and follow specs precisely.
  • Willingness to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Complete welding jobs on various structures in shop and field.
  • Design, cut, shape, and weld metal pieces.
  • Prepare materials for welding and fabricate components.
  • Follow blueprints to ensure exact specifications.
