Selectemp in Philomath, Oregon is seeking a Welder Fabricator for a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift. You will weld, fabricate, and assemble custom industrial machinery and control systems with emphasis on precision welding and reading blueprints.

What You'll Do

• Fit steel components precisely and perform quality welds using .045 dual-shield wire in various positions
• Safely lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 60 pounds
• Operate shears, ironworkers, drilling equipment, cutting torches, and other fabrication machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to accurately assemble components
• Prepare assemblies for finishing and support field installations when needed

What You'll Bring

• Entry-level to experienced fabrication skills, along with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding techniques across various positions

This position is on-site in Philomath and offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some Saturdays required.
