Orthman Conveying Systems LLC in Cleburne, TX is seeking experienced welders for full-time roles. Ideal candidates have MIG (GMAW) and FCAW experience, can read blueprints and welding symbols, and take pride in delivering high-quality welds.

You will prepare, fit, tack, and weld materials, set up and troubleshoot welding equipment, inspect welds for quality, mentor less-experienced welders, and maintain a safe, organized work area. AM & PM shifts available; Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with MIG and Flux-Cored welding processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform MIG and FCAW welding with limited supervision.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols; prepare, fit, tack, and weld components.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot welding equipment.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy; correct defects.

If you have experience with MIG (GMAW) and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), can read blueprints, and take pride in producing quality welds, we want to hear from you.We manufacture industrial conveying equipment used across a variety of industries and are looking for individuals who value craftsmanship, safety, teamwork, and getting the job done right.What You’ll DoPerform MIG (GMAW) and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) with limited supervision.Weld and fabricate components using carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication instructions.Prepare, fit, tack, and weld materials according to specifications.Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot welding equipment.Inspect completed welds for quality, appearance, and accuracy.Identify and correct welding defects and fabrication issues.Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced welders.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.What We’re Looking For2–5 years of welding and fabrication experience, or equivalent demonstrated skills.Experience with MIG and Flux-Cored welding processes.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.Working knowledge of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.Strong attention to weld quality, fit-up, and dimensional accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet production expectations.AWS certification or ability to obtain certification within one year.Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.Why Work at Orthman Conveying Systems?At Orthman, we value skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work.
