Job summary

Welder / Fabricator

$20–$25/hr | Monday–Friday | Evaluation-to-Hire

We are looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator for a great long-term opportunity! This position offers competitive pay, a flexible weekday schedule, optional weekend overtime, and the opportunity for future travel.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday

• Typical hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Flexible scheduling may be available (such as 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

• Weekend overtime available

• Starting pay: $20–$25/hr, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• MIG welding and fabrication

• Working with stainless steel and carbon steel

• Working with poly/plastic materials

• Measuring, cutting, fitting, assembling, and fabricating materials

• Using welding and fabrication tools and equipment

• Primarily working in the shop, with some on-site project work

• Following project specifications and safety procedures

Future Travel Opportunities

As you grow into the position, there may be opportunities to travel for projects. Travel details, including per diem and additional arrangements, will be discussed during the interview process or when travel opportunities become available.

What We're Looking For

Previous welding/fabrication experience is preferred. Candidates should be dependable, safety-minded, comfortable working with different materials, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
