## Welder (Days M-F 6am-4:30pm)Applylocations: Memphis, TNtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR102780**Job Description:**Perform routine welding work on HVAC units according to blueprints, company standards and applicable standards to meet inspection criteria in accordance with defined requirements.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:*** Executes routine welding tasks on HVAC units.* Ability to set up and maintain welding machine (tip, liner, changes, etc.) and weld vertical, horizontal, and overhead.* Inspect welds for cracks, burn through and weld spatter.* Use basic hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools, as required.* Grind and clean areas where required.* Stay current in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and basic mechanical adjustments on all equipment as needed.* Follow hazardous waste disposal program and fire prevention procedures.**Education and Experience Requirements:**Highschool diploma or GED preferred.1-3 years’ experience as a welder.
