Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Must be an Augusta Technical College Trade School candidate.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Should be able to set up the welder and have the ability to check welded parts.
  • Must pass Aluminum and Steel Weld Certification at the end of training program in order to retain employment with BAE Systems.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $36,367 - $58,187. This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
