Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking a Welder/Assembler for our Mount Joy manufacturing team. You will fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components according to drawings and production specs, with a focus on MIG welding and mechanical assembly.

This 2nd shift position offers $23–$27.60 per hour, weekly pay, PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and overtime opportunities. Expect 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday with two pay raises in the first year.

Qualifications

• Prior welding and mechanical assembly experience is required.
• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components per drawings and production specs.
• Operate fabrication tools as needed in a manufacturing setting.
• Maintain quality and safety standards in all tasks.

The ideal candidate has experience with mig welding, mechanical assembly, and using fabrication tools in a manufacturing environment.

• 2nd Shift
• Pay $23 - $27.60 an hour based on experience
• 2 Pay Raises in 1st year
• Monday thru Thursday 10-Hour Shifts
• Overtime Available!
