Caterpillar North Little Rock is hiring a Welder Apprentice for the 2nd shift. Expect 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. with a starting wage of $21.75/hour plus shift differential; comprehensive Day One benefits offered. Training spans 6 weeks over Weld School plus 3 weeks OJT.

Candidates should have basic welding knowledge, the ability to read blueprints and pass MIG/TIG qualification tests. Overtime may be available based on production needs.

We have 15 robotic welding cells and over 30 different weld stations to complete daily builds. As a fabricator the main welding process is 0.052” GMAW (MIG) in the 1G/2G & 1F/2F positions.
