Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Welder to operate fabricating machines and perform metal forming tasks in a fabrication environment. You will read blueprints, set up brakes, punches, plasma cutters, and rollers to shape components, while following strict safety procedures.

The position is a full-time on-site role with a standard Monday–Friday schedule, typically around 40 hours per week with potential overtime as needed. Strong attention to accuracy and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use NEFCO’s ERP software system (or similar).
• Must pass a Tape Measure Test.
• Ability to use warehouse layouts for planning purposes.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, or Outlook preferred.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to stand on concrete floors for long periods.
• Able to work in varying climates and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints/plans to determine materials needed.
• Set up and operate fabricating machines to bend, cut, form, punch, drill, or assemble metal components.
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with safety guidelines.
• Work with hydraulic press brakes, plasma cutters, punches, and rollers as needed.
