Job summary

Refab Metal Fabrication is seeking motivated welders to join our team and expand their MIG, TIG, and robotic welding skills. You will set up MIG equipment, lay out and fit metal components to weld per customer specs, and read blueprints to ensure accurate production.

The role includes finishing and grinding parts and performing maintenance on welding and grinding machines. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and welding experience; Certified Welding Technician is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience or training in welding is preferred; Certified Welding Technician is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.

• Perform maintenance on welding and grinding machines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous welding experience/training, Certified Welding Technician is a plus!
• Good working knowledge of metals, welding robots, and welding & grinding equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Willing to work overtime as necessary
