Louis Industries, Inc. is a central Minnesota steel processing facility seeking a Robotic Welder Operator to join our team. You will weld assemblies from blueprints using MIG welding and help grow into robotic welding systems and cells.

Louis Industries is one of the most modern steel processing facilities in central Minnesota. We employ around 100 people and serve over 180 customers predominantly located in the upper Midwest. We utilize the latest technology available in laser, punching, forming, welding and quality control equipment, with an emphasis on supporting lean, rapid response manufacturing to support our customer’s varied needs. Welders supports manufacturing operations by producing quality welded assemblies using MIG welding and fabrication equipment. This role works from blueprints and work instructions to fixture, tack, and weld steel assemblies while ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production. As employees develop their welding skills and production knowledge, there is an opportunity to grow into a Robotic Welder Operator role, supporting automated welding systems and robotic welding cells.
Monday - Thursday (4 pm - 2:30 am)
$26 – $30 per hour based on experience. Range includes $2.00 per hour 2nd shift differential.
