Morgan Truck Body in Morgantown, PA is seeking a Welder for 2nd shift to join our robust welding team. Earn $25.00 per hour plus a $2.50 shift differential, with on-demand pay available.

You will weld aluminum, steel, and galvanneal components, inspecting and certifying work that contributes to strong, durable truck bodies. The role requires at least 6 months welding experience or welding-school training, with a weld test to demonstrate proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED.

• Solid grasp of basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills essential for precision.

• Able to accurately understand and apply measurements on the job.
• Competent in reading and interpreting blueprints for specialized welding applications.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

What You Bring to the Table:

Physical Requirements:

• Step into the heart of our fast-paced manufacturing plant, where every task drive progress. In this hands‑on role, you'll be on your feet-standing for extended periods, walking, and using your hands to operate tools and equipment with precision. Clear communication is key, so you'll be regularly required to talk and listen as part of a safety-focused, team-driven environment. You’ll also lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical movements like bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and occasionally crawling in tight spaces. Repetitive hand tasks and climbing ladders or working at heights are part of the role.
