Industrial Air Flow Dynamics, Inc. is seeking skilled stainless steel welders for nationwide turnaround projects. You will travel to job sites across the U.S. and perform Flux-Core welding on stainless structures in power plants.

The role emphasizes physical endurance, travel readiness, and consistent high-quality welds. Team support, competitive pay, and travel accommodations are provided from your first assignment onward.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial welding experience.
• Pass 2G, 3G, 4G weld tests (bend tested).
• Drug screen required.
• 21+ years old.
