Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a welder to join our team in a production environment. This role requires welding experience and a commitment to customer service as part of our service-oriented culture.

Shifts available include 1st and 2nd on weekdays, with responsibilities including welding outlets onto steel pipe for fire sprinkler applications and maintaining a safe, efficient work area. We value accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of welding experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Weld outlets onto steel pipe to serve the fire sprinkler industry.
• Perform specialty welding tasks; spool pieces, flanges, etc.
• Inspects work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in pipe.
• Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to standards of quality and performance.
• Reports all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs.

Schedule

1st shift or 2nd shift available M-F 6:00am-2:30pm M-F 2:30pm-11:00pm

Pay Range:

• $20.89 - $31.33
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
