As a Welder, you will set up and align parts per blueprint for welding and perform welding operations. This position reports to the Manager and is based in Oshkosh, WI.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2-4 years relevant experience, including welding or manufacturing. Education and experience can be combined.
• Skills: Proficiency in welding processes, blueprint reading, basic math, and use of tools like welding machines, plasma cutters, grinders, etc. Ability to work independently and mentor others.
• Certification: Must have or obtain welding certification.

What You'll Do

• Read blueprints to determine requirements.
• Gather materials and perform layout.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Inspect welds for quality, rework as needed.
• Operate cutting tools and perform housekeeping duties.
