Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Welder for first shift in Tulsa, OK. You will weld gates and parts to dimensional drawings using MIG and flux-cored processes.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, welding experience or tech school, and the ability to read a tape measure and drawings. AWS D1.1/D1.3 tests may be required, and safety is a priority.

This is a 1st shift position; Monday - Thursday, 4:00am - 2:30pm.

What you will be doing:

• This position will accurately weld gates and parts to dimensional drawings using mig and flux cored processes.

The skills and experience you need:

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous welding experience or tech school required
• Must be able to operate equipment safely
• Must be able to mig weld steel parts
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to read/interpret drawings
• May be required to pass tests related to AWS D1.1, D1.1M Structural welding code, AWS D1.3 Structural welding code sheet steel.

This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
