Qualifications

• Proven experience as a welder in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Arc welding.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Familiarity with welding safety procedures and proper use of welding tools and PPE.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in demanding environments.
• Certification in welding (AWS/ASME) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand welding.
• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc on materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Set up and maintain welding equipment, ensuring tools are in good working order.
• Measure and cut metal pieces to correct dimensions.
• Inspect and test welded areas to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Repair and modify metal parts as needed to ensure functionality.
• Follow safety protocols including PPE and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet project deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

How You Will Make an Impact:

As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal parts and structures, ensuring the quality and integrity of each weld. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques, safety standards, and the ability to work with a variety of materials.

Responsibilities:
