The main focus of this role is on TIG welding. The role involves performing manual bench and electron beam welding in accordance with defined process parameters and quality standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

Current openings are on the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The climate-controlled environment spans across four operational buildings. Each cell follows a similar process flow, involving different parts and components. Employees will interact with all members of their cell and several members from other cells or groups, including Quality and Engineering. The company maintains a team-driven environment where quality and safety are the top priorities due to the nature of the work and the cost of goods being produced. Employees will initially train on the 1st shift, which operates Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springdale, AR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
