Lehigh Hanson Inc. in Kentucky seeks an experienced welder/fabricator to repair and maintain plant equipment, performing MIG, TIG and stick welding to spec. You will read blueprints, inspect welds for quality, and work independently or with teams, under safety standards.

Perform welding and fabrication to repair and maintain plant equipment
Safely operate welding machines, cutting torches, and hand tools
Inspect equipment and welds to ensure quality and operational reliability
Identify repair needs and support maintenance activities to reduce downtime
Follow all safety standards and work collaboratively with plant teams
Demonstrated ability to perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding safely and accurately
Capability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship in an industrial environment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
$27.04 to $32.45 per hour
