Onboarding & Getting Up to Speed

As a new member of the PCM.de team, you’ll naturally want to get up to speed quickly. You’ll get to know our company processes. In your first two weeks, your daily schedule will include:

Targeted onboarding with experienced colleagues;

Gradual assumption of responsible tasks in daily operations;

After this period, you’ll begin handling tasks independently and become a specialist as a welder (m/f/d). You’ll quickly be able to answer many questions with your team’s help. More complex topics can be resolved with experienced colleagues
