Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Welder in Mobile, AL to join our team. Schedule: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm. Weld outlets onto steel pipe for the fire sprinkler industry and perform specialty welding tasks with a focus on quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years welding experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weld outlets onto steel pipe to serve the fire sprinkler industry.
• Perform specialty welding tasks; spool pieces, flanges, etc.
• Inspects work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in pipe.
• Maintains a clean and safe welding station while conforming to standards of quality and performance.
• Reports all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs.
