Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Green Bay, WI is seeking a TIG Welder for a long-term direct hire opportunity. The welder will read blueprints and shop drawings to produce parts per customer specs, perform weld prep, welding, assembly, and quality checks in a busy job shop environment.

The standard 1st shift runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm, with potential flexibility on start times. Starting wage is based on experience and weld test results, $26-$35 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years TIG & MIG welding in a job shop environment.
• Strong fabrication and measurement/layout skills.
• Experience with sheet metal and stainless steel.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and shop drawings.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Read routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to produce per customer specs.
• Perform welding, weld finishing, and welding prep.
• Carry out assembly and quality checks on welded parts.
• Maintain safe and organized shop work area.

TIG Welder needed in Green Bay, WI! Direct Hire!

Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting for a TIG Welder who is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the company! The TIG Welder will be reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to make products per customer specs. They will be responsible for various types of weld preparations, welding, assembly, quality checks, and weld finishing operations to complete custom products in a job shop environment.

This is a direct hire Welder opportunity, with a well-established custom job shop in the Green Bay area. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, but the Welding Supervisor is flexible if an earlier start time is preferred. The starting wage is based on experience and weld test results, $26-$35 per hour.
