Job summary

TBEI, Inc. is hiring Welders to join our DuraClass team in Corinth, MS. We offer in-house weld certification with premium pay, a weekly attendance bonus, and retention/referral bonuses.

Responsibilities include laying out parts from blueprints, tack welding, wire-feed welding, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. We welcome recent graduates ready to learn and grow with a fast-moving manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator when welding stainless steel.
• Recent graduates accepted; must have good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be reliable with great attendance.

Responsibilities

• Move components into place using jib boom, crane, conveyors, or manual lifting.
• Read and interpret blueprints to lay out, position, and align parts.
• Tack weld and clamp components in preparation for welding.
• Efficiently perform wire-feed welding on steel components.
• Ensure measurement accuracy and consistent weld quality.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset and prioritize safety in all work activities.
• Support Lean manufacturing and team-based improvements.

Duties

• Ability to rapidly and efficiently produce high-quality welded partsCapable of reading blueprints and using measuring tools
• Recent graduates accepted. Must have good attitude, basic welding skills, and willingness to learn.
• Must be reliable and great attendance is a must
