Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking experienced Structural Welders and Pipe Welders for immediate openings. These full-time positions offer steady hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work with a variety of welding processes in a production environment.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Day Shift: Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous welding experience required.
• Ability to pass an onsite weld test.
• Ability to read and interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
• Must be willing to complete a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and pipe welding using stick, gas, and flux-cored welding processes.
• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic welding equipment.
• Produce high-quality welds that meet strength, safety, and appearance standards.
• Set up and prepare welding jobs with minimal supervision.
• Maintain productivity while following company quality and safety requirements.
