Our client is seeking a Welder to join their team.

As a Welder, you will be part of the welding department supporting the fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

Job Title: Welder
Location: Cape Girardeau, MO
Pay Range: $17 /hour

Responsibilities

• Design, cut, and permanently join metal parts using appropriate welding techniques.
• Fuse metal materials with high heat equipment and processes such as MIG, TIG, and electric arc welding.
• Fit and assemble metal components to form structures.
• Operate hand-welding and flame-cutting equipment, including oxyacetylene torches, electric arc machines, and robotic welding cells.
• Handle various metal materials such as steel, iron, titanium, and plastics.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
