Job summary

Dynapower, a Sensata Technologies company in South Burlington, VT, seeks an experienced welder certified to MIL-SPEC or NAVSEA standards. This full-time role requires precision welding on critical military and naval applications, with a starting pay of $20–$30 per hour and a $2000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Current MIL-SPEC welding certification or NAVSEA welder qualification.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices with a track record of safety compliance.
• Experience with military/naval specification welding procedures preferred.
• Non-destructive testing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations in accordance with MIL-SPEC and NAVSEA standards.
• Maintain accurate welding records and documentation.
• Conduct visual inspections of welded joints and welds.
