Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Welder for our Brookshire, TX location to weld outlets onto steel pipe for fire sprinkler systems and perform related welding tasks. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has welding experience (1–3 years preferred), basic MS Office skills, and strong teamwork to prioritize multiple demands while maintaining quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of welding experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines.

Responsabilités

• Weld outlets onto steel pipe to serve the fire sprinkler industry.
• Perform specialty welding tasks, spool pieces, flanges, etc.
• Inspects work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in pipe.
• Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to standards of quality and performance.
• Reports on all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs.

Pay Range

• Pay Range: - $18.28 - $37.50
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
• The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
