We are looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team and help keep our equipment, plants, and facilities running at peak performance.

Position Overview

The Welder Fabricator is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing equipment, plant components, and structural materials. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, use fabrication tools, and perform welding on a variety of metals to maintain and support construction operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on steel and other metals.
  • Fabricate, cut, and assemble parts using hand tools, torches, grinders, and welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
  • Repair and maintain construction and plant equipment, including hoppers, conveyors, and frames.
  • Operate cutting torches, plasma cutters, and other metal fabrication tools.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Assist with maintenance projects and equipment modifications as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in welding/fabrication preferred.
  • Proven experience as a welder fabricator (construction or industrial setting a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and fabrication processes.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and measurements.
  • Skilled in using grinders, torches, shears, and fabrication machinery.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
