Westermeyer Industries is seeking a skilled welder to lay out, fit and fabricate metal components for pressure vessels. You will interpret engineering drawings, follow welding procedures and perform MIG welding, including weld-around and double-end welds.
This full-time role requires 40–50 hours per week and offers a pay range of $18–$25 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, uniforms allowance, and paid time off.
We are looking for a skilled welder who will be responsible for layout, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble pressure vessels. Welder will need to use their knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and engineering requirements. This also includes the ability to analyze engineering drawings and specifications to plan welding operations where procedural information is unavailable. Must be able to hand MIG weld, run MIG weld-around and double end welders.
