Job summary

On Target Staffing LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking skilled Welders to support a 2-week project on the night shift. The role involves complex welding and fabrication of structural steel with a focus on safety and precision.

Candidates should have experience with FCAW and SMAW, 2G and 3G welding, the ability to read blueprints, and AWS D1.1 structural certificates. Night shift hours are 3:30pm–12am, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• AWS D1.1 Structural Steel Welding Certificates required.
• 2G and 3G welding experience is required.
• Experience with FCAW and SMAW welding processes.
• Structural steel welding experience.
• Machine shop experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints (required).
• Willingness to work night shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and SMAW (Stick Welding) on structural steel.

• Weld large beams and metal plates according to project specifications.
